Postage in Indonesia is approximately 2-3 working days. All items are sent with registered mail. Tracking can be done at Pos Indonesia. Tracking numbers are given after order has been shipped. Once items are shipped, the buyer will be notified.
Costs of shipping are calculated at the checkout page automatically when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Cost of delivery is determined on size and weight.
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Doormind.com do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and . Doormind.com will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and . Doormind.com will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to a work address rather than a home address.
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
If you receive any merchandise that is faulty etc, simply return it to us within the time frame listed below, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund*.
International exchanges will be charged a re-shipping fee to have the new goods shipped back to you.

-Take a photo of the items then email it along with a detailed description of the faults to firstname.lastname@example.org
-Once return is approved pack all items with your invoice in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged. Doormind.com is not liable for lost return parcels.

Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to Doormind.com in the original packaging and in good condition. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
